In addition to identifying and protecting victims of trafficking, prevention is a crucial goal and outcome of our cases. We prevent trafficking and exploitation by targeting offenders that have the potential to do great harm. This case we investigated of online child abuse imagery (remember, we don’t use the term child pornography since it normalizes what is always illegal) took down an entire network of sexual offenders.

This case not only prevented children from being harmed by this predator, but has also stopped the network of pedophiles from consuming these images online and going on to harm other children.
